Dog Man is determined to impress his Chief while thwarting the schemes of his arch-nemesis, Petey the Cat. But when Petey clones himself to create Lil Petey, a young kitten with a mind of his own, the lines between villain and hero blur. An unexpected bond forms between Dog Man and Lil Petey, leading to a reluctant alliance when a common enemy threatens the city.
