People with Disabilities

Lincoln Lawrence Franklin Regional Library is committed to providing all patrons with unimpeded access to the library’s resources, programs, and services.

Accessible Materials

Large Print & Audio

It’s important to us that our patrons are able to access information in the format that best fits their needs. We have an extensive collection of large print fiction, nonfiction, and biographies at each branch. Audiobooks are available on CD and to download. Please contact us if you have any specific requests for materials in your chosen format. Search our catalog to find titles.

Books By Mail

If you are not able to visit the library, you can apply for our Large Print Direct Mail Service. This service is provided to eligible Mississippi residents with a Lincoln Lawrence Franklin Regional Library card.

Talking Book Services

The Talking Books Collection includes a wide range of popular fiction and nonfiction titles for all ages and is available to eligible Mississippi residents who are unable to read standard print due to a disability. The Mississippi Library Commission provides this program through a partnership with National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) in the Library of Congress.
