Library meeting rooms are considered designated public forums. Permission to use a meeting room does not constitute endorsement.
Purpose of Meeting
We are contracted by the United States Forest Service to develop a recreation master plan for Okhissa Lake. As a part of the process, we are conducting public input workshops with various stakeholder groups. We would like to use the Meadville Room to host the +/- 6 meetings throughout the day.
