Franklin County-Talking Book Service (MLC)

Mary Rodgers Beal, from Mississippi Library Commission,  will be presenting all the latest information  about Talking Book Service. Talking Book Service is a free public library service for elgible Mississippi residents who are unable to read standard print due to a visual, physical reading disability and for institutions which serve these eligible individuals (schools, hospitals, living facilities, etc. ).
