LINCOLN COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY 601-833-5038
Headquarters of the regional three county, five library system. Located on West Monticello Street one block west of the railroad on the block with the Mississippi School of Fine Arts. To reach the library from Interstate 55 (west side of town), take the second exit off I-55 either north or south and go east on Monticello Street. To reach the library from the east, take the Highway 51 north exit from Highway 84, continue to Brookway Blvd. (turning right at the second red light on Highway 51), and continue to corner of South Jackson Street and Monticello Street (Brookway Blvd ends at Monticello Street, bear right at the Mississippi School of Fine Arts).
LAWRENCE COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY 601-587-2471
Located in Monticello, Mississippi, one block north of Highway 184 behind the Lawrence County Courthouse overlooking the Pearl River.

Located one block west of downtown Newhebron, this second Lawrence County library serves the northern part of the county.

Located one block south of downtown Meadville behind the Franklin County Courthouse.
Bude Public Library 601-384-2348
Located two blocks south of Old Highway 84, this library shares the building with Town of Bude City Hall, the Police Department, and the Fire Department. The library faces the railroad station.
